Leasing Consultant

Salary: £39,879.93 OTE

Hours: 8:30am-6pm, Mon-Fri

Location: Exeter

What you'll need

Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for selling motor vehicles in the contract hire/leasing industry.

Be highly motivated, articulate and communicate effectively.

Have sound knowledge of financial products and have sales and telesales training.

Enjoy exceeding customer expectations.

Be responsible for sales of the new and pre registered. vehicles via leasing company partners on a monthly payment.

Deliver sales and generate income in line with annual budgets.

What you'll do

Deliver sales in line with the company and funder partner processes.

Establish and maintain strong and loyal relationships with key business partners including funders and dealerships.

Communicates and develops strong personal relationships with customers creating customers for life.

Offers sound financial product advice, specifically on BCH, PCH, PCP and HP.

Uses knowledge of the competition to highlight advantages to customers

Uses knowledge of the industry to identify the most suitable vehicle for the customer.

Concludes sales in a professional manner and with the best interest of the company in a compliant manner.

Displays effective time management and self efficiency to manage their own diary.

Maintain accurate information of customer database within company and legal guidelines using Salesforce.

Takes responsibility and communicates clearly and effectively with dedicated point of administration to ensure that the process runs efficiently in line with the customers’ expectations.

Displays sound knowledge of the finance products available and also explains the benefits of each using Product Partnerships system to fully document all customer outcomes.

Reviews customer satisfaction and implements improvements.

Communicates clearly, regularly and promptly with the customer, their line manager and colleagues.
