Brilliant Experience
From the initial inquiry that I made right up to delivery of the vehicle I was very impressed with the service I received. Excellent communication and regular updates on the progress of my application gave me the confidence I was dealing with a very organised and competent organisation. I am extremely pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend Caparison to anyone who is like myself a lease novice. The service I received has given me the confidence to look at this way of leasing a vehicle again in the future.

Good service, slightly slow at the start but really responsive towards the end.

We will always attempt to get your new vehicle to you in a timely fashion, we are sometimes delayed by underwriting or having to request new proofs for the lenders. Trouble free leasing
Great communication through the buildup of leasing my car. Always someone at hand if I had a problem or was unsure of anything. I found the staff I communicated with to be very friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I ordered with a professional service.

Good service throughout the process. Chris Bagwell is an excellent salesperson. Car wasm't spotless on delivery but all else was good.
