From start to finish the service I was offered was excellent. My vehicle was source really quickly and everyone was sport on with sorting the finance through to the delivery.

Efficient service
Mostly extremely good , but disappointed that a 50k car did not come with car mats !

The lease cost we achieve is based on the value of the package offered by the supplier, in this case without mats. But we will note your frustration and investigate ways to include mats as a cost option where they aren’t included as standard from the supplying dealership. Communications were good from the outset. Process is clearly laid out. Online forms and approvals easy to navigate. Contactable by both Email and when required by phone.

Communication was excellent. Staff friendly. Had an issue with delivery otherwise would have given 5 stars. Would reccomend to others.

Really great staff to deal with.Communication was 1st class.This is my 1st experience of leasing and I was a bit sceptical of paperwork.However the staff guidance made the whole experience a pleasure..My initial car I wanted to lease was snapped up,but a variation of the same car was offered to me and I accepted the deal.Some of the lease deals were really competitively priced.A great thanks to the staff.
