Car was delivered on the date agreed; however there were a number of process flaws...no prior notification an hour before delivery, car was delivered in a very dirty condition, there were stains on the inside of the vehicle and the delivery driver was not the most professional in behaviour to say the least.

I can see from the communications between yourself and our administration team that the supplying dealer have extended their sincere apologies that you were not called prior to the delivery and for the condition in which your vehicle arrived and as a gesture of goodwill, have agreed to cover the cost of a valet. We carry out reviews on all our suppliers from time to time, so this type of feedback is very important to us to help us continuously improve our customer journey. Outstanding Customer Service
Amazing customer service from start to finish! I had my initial quote from Phil and he was excellent helping me to find my car. Then Chloe took over the admin side and she was brilliant. She couldn't do enough to help to ensure I got my new car quickly as I was without a car. She responded immediately to any questions I had. Processed documentation quickly to ensure no delays. I received my car in less than 3 weeks of my fist enquiry with Phil. This is remarkable service as there are a shortage of new cars. My local dealership couldn't provide me with the vehicle I wanted for months but Carparison had it delivered in less than 3 weeks. By far the best leasing company I have ever dealt with. Refreshing to have such outstanding customer service!
