Outstanding service from initial contact to delivery of vehicle. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. I would not hesitate in recommending Carparison to prospective customers.

Presales was excellent, to make the deal happen smoothly& efficiently
Initial enquiry dealt with exceptionally professionally and efficiently. Yasmin and Emma were excellent in keeping me in the loop, answering my queries and managing the matter. Only issue was on the handover - as I had 110 miles to get home, I did request the car to be charged to 80% but on collection it was only on 34%, so that was a little disappointing. Unfortunately the Tesla specialist was not on site for my collection, so had no assistance with the handover of the vehicle, which was again a little frustrating. Everything else was perfect.

I am sorry to hear that we were unable to fulfil your request to charge to 80% on your vehicle ready for collection. All vehicles that are either being collected or delivered via our site will have a minimum of 30% charge. We would really like to be able to charge the vehicles above the minimum standard, however due to the volume of vehicles that are leaving our site, the capacity to do this is not always possible. We do appreciate the inconvenience the lack of charge may have caused and we sincerely hope that your ongoing journey was enjoyable despite this. With regards the handover itself, we are very sorry that our Tesla specialist wasn’t available at the time of your collection, however we would happily talk you through any queries you may have over the phone. Great company and experience from beginning to end
From beginning to end the experience with Carparison was really good and can’t really fault them. Prompt communication, helpfulness and nothing was too much for Chris or Emma. Great customer service and really put you at ease. Pricing was some of the best and collection (my choice) was very relaxing with great help/chat with Josh. Great team and great experience.

Tesla Model 3 Long Range - Happy customer
I leased a Tesla Model 3 Long Range with Carparison. Chris helped with the sale and was always very polite and helpful. His responses via Carwow, email and the phone were always very quick. Once the sale was agreed, Louise sorted all the paperwork and could not do enough to help. As the car was a pre reg, it was in stock and I had it delivered in 2 weeks. The delivery company used was great and the driver Steve was fantastic. It was a 200-mile trip for him to bring the car to me. When the car arrived, it was dirty so he asked me where the local car wash was so he could get it cleaned for me at no extra cost. Overall, I am very impressed with Carparison and would happily use them again and definitely recommend them.

Hidden charges which I didn’t experience in my previous lease, no car delivery included. Picked up car with little charge. On a positive note, helpful over email and phone. Quick responses.

I can advise that we are charging for vehicle delivery as we have our own stock of Tesla Model 3 Saloon’s on site and are therefore responsible for delivery or collection to each of our customers. I can only apologise that you were not made aware of these charges at the time of your order and about the amount of charge that the vehicle would have either on delivery or collection. All the vehicles that leave our site, have a minimum of 30% charge. This information is not something that we are intentionally withholding from our customers. As a result of your feedback, we have reiterated to the whole team the need to ensure that all customers are aware of potential charges for delivery and also the charging levels on the vehicle. Very Good but not Excellent
I have been very satisfied with the service received prior to and post collection. For me to have rated the experience as 5 * i would have expected a more detailed handover and a return of call on the afternoon of the day i collected the vehicle

Amazing!
Really pleased with Carparison! Their service was excellent, and they were very prompt to reply to any queries that I had. I spoke with Ben, Yasmin and Louise and they all provided an amazing service. The bonus was that my car was delivered to me WITHIN 9 days of order!!!
