I ordered my car and was informed I would have it for September. September came and I was told it was delayed and would be with me for Nov. November came and I was told that the engine was being fased out and that if I waited until Jan/Feb they would upgrade Me to the Hybrid engine. January came and I was told that they would not upgrade me like promised and that they had a second hand car in the original petrol engine that I ordered that had been returned due to a fault. I accepted this car as I had waited so long only for it to be delivered dirty with the previous owners religious items in the vehicle. Bottom line go elsewhere I would never use Carparison again after my experience and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
I want to reaffirm our apologies to you again, Neil. We were severely let down by the supplying dealer on this batch of cars but I am sorry we couldn’t do more to lessen the impact on you. Our attempts to offer alternatives were well intentioned in response to the changing situation and the options presented to us by the dealership at the time. But I fully understand your lasting frustration here and ultimately we weren’t able to deliver what we promised. We deeply care that your order didn’t go to plan and that you’ve been left feeling let down. My promise is that we consider all feedback when choosing our future dealer partners to ensure this case isn’t repeated. Sending my very best wishes, Charlotte

A Great Introduction To Leasing

Everything was very easy, the process went smoothly and was made clear. Although costs on finance agreement didn't initially match with the order form, and car did arrive very dirty, however understandable due to the state of the roads and journey distance.

It’s absolutely justified us being marked down for that and I’m keen to convey our apologies again, but I am also pleased to see that our team rectified it within just a few working hours. We do also understand having your car arrive in less than shiny condition taints the handover experience. As you note, this is weather/distance dependent, but again we appreciate its less than perfect. We hope you continue to love your new Volvo EX30 and we’re always here if you need us.
