Best Experience So Far
From start to finish Caparison have been brilliant keeping me updated on my lease. Very easy to deal with, and will hopefully be using them again

Car delayed. Only got info if I chased it.
People were polite on the phone, but I never got a call back when promised. Id have to ring a few times and then maybe I'd get an email. It felt like if you didn't chase them, they'd just leave things to drag on. We waited 2 and half extra months for our lease. As a result we got a discount on our upfront fee, but honestly, that didn't feel like enough. We opted for our lease with a "September delivery" and received it at the end of November after many phonecalls chasing it. I get that they are going off of what the dealerships are telling them, but I wasn't kept in the loop, unless I phoned up.
Great Deal Great service
Went through Lease Loco. The deal I was offered, was the best and I went through Carparison. As it was my first Electric Vehicle, I didn’t want to buy. I was worried about depreciation. I was offered an amazing deal to be fair. The whole process was very professional. From start to delivery it was excellent.

Slow
My car got delivered on Friday, lovely service but sometimes in places can be very slow with replying back to emails, sometimes I would wait 4/5 days for a response, and it would be genuine questions that I would need answering. When filling out forms or sending back documents with personal information the process would be very slow i.e. filling out a form that has just been sent sending it back within 10 minutes and waiting four days for a response I thought was not the best service. The night before my car was being delivered I had an email about 7 pm in the evening telling me all about what would happen on the day of the delivery which I thought was very slow and should’ve been sent out early morning mid afternoon especially if there was some last-minute forms that had to be completed before the company shut, I definitely didn’t think that was the best customer experience I’ve had, especially with the price I’ve just paid for the car, definitely need quicker responses or faster updates on things. Overall I had a lovely experience but not the best in some aspects which can be improved

I am content our team did their best for you, with those timeframes being well within our standard turnaround times. I can also see we sent you an email on the 21st November containing the delivery preparation information, with the email the night before only being a reminder of this. We’re sorry if you didn’t receive the original email and therefore if anything came as a surprise. We will review our communication frequency with your feedback in mind. Great initial service but dipped off after completion of lease
initially great service and quick response times to enquiries regarding a lease car. Once the in ital paperwork was signed there seemed to be a lot of repetition of application forms, comms around delivery were confusing as the car was coming from a dealer ? no hand over of the vehicle or how to use it , which for a first time EV user was a little dissapointing

As you note, delivery for this batch of cars is slightly different to usual and they are both arranged and completed by the dealership themselves, where we usually book a date in with you on their behalf. We’re sorry this was problematic and to hear that there wasn’t a suitable handover. We will raise this with them as it’s not what we expect, and it is very important that you are comfortable with your new car.
