Faultless ervice and great customer service
From start to finish the service and contact was faultless. I was e mailed literally within 30 minutes of any enquiry with an update or reply. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Carparison were brilliant but need better suppliers!
Brilliant service from Carparison and their staff. Shame the supplier of the car failed to put any petrol in so it ran out as I drove off the driveway!

Our providers are expected to arrive with your new car and at least a quarter of a tank of fuel, so we have reported this to them. Although we can’t promise, will endeavour to push them to reimburse you for that difference. Nevertheless, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience here and appreciate that doesn’t fully make amends. We continue to monitor our supplying partners for their service levels and we would not know about this occurrence without you, so thank you for taking the time to get in touch. Kept me up to date throughout the process. When my account manager was off, someone else covering would keep my up to date. Asked how often I wanted to be kept up to date and kept to that agreement

Friendly staff, good communication, lovely car
The Carparison Staff were extremely friendly, the transaction was dealt with professionally and I felt they really did their best in the circumstances. The delivery took a little longer than I had hoped but I think it was because it was just before Christmas, the dealer took ages to do their checks and it held up the delivery. The car I am leasing is lovely, it was worth the wait, I am very pleased.

Great Service
Great service, the adviser got me a great deal and the driver stopped locally to have the car cleaned and charged before dropping it off to me !
Started OKAY but rapidly declined to a very unsatisfactory experience
After initially speaking about the lease of two vehicles, we were advised that there were two available with a quick delivery. From this, we did not test the market elsewhere and agreed the lease. Following this, the delivery was not made, the lease type had to be changed, the communication stopped and we had to continuously chase to get the two vehicles. They were delivered almost a month later than they should have been resulting in us having to postpone the fitting of trackers, dashcams and vehicle livery. This delay has resulted in the above needing to be re-scheduled and us having to rent short term hire vehicles until our new vans are commissioned. Had the delivery not been promised as it was, we would have gone to other providers and investigated alternative solutions.
Good Morning, Greg. I have checked your case this morning in order to understand what has gone wrong and we’re so sorry you feel you weren’t looked after during the order of your two vans. We were aware you wanted delivery in December and were on course to do so until the dealer lost one of the keys prior to delivery and wouldn’t break protocol to deliver with only one. We can understand how frustrating that would be, particularly if you then had to shift around other services and remain mobile. We also had to shop around with funders and funding methods to get you the best deal after the original funder rejected the desired Contract Purchase terms. Which I can see was chased relentlessly our side, but I’m sorry you didn’t feel sufficiently kept up to date. I also want to assure you the service was provided with the best intentions and in light of the information we had at the time - not to dupe you with false guarantees to stop you looking elsewhere. We are once again sorry your experience hasn’t been up to scratch, and we will take your feedback on board for future orders. Best wishes, Charlotte
