Professional and smooth process from order to delivery day
Throughout the process they kept me in clear communication by phone and email. Proof to delivery I was sent my reg and delivery date options. On delivery day I received a phone call an hour prior and the driver met me on a quiet residential road next to my house. The overall process was great and the driver spent time showing me both inside and outside the car to unsure all was ok. Also he had the cart washed right across the road so it would be clean on arrival.

Really efficient. From the first discussions to the delivery of my car took 2 weeks and i would have been quicker as I wasn't available to receive the car. everyone I have dealt with has been very professional, polite and extremely efficient, I would 100% recommend them.

Staff were helpful when the process stuttered
Generally the experience was “okay”, but there were stumbles along the way. Staff were helpful when required, but the process needs some work to ensure it runs smoothly.

Looking into your case, I can see there were some issues with getting emails to you and subsequently logins to our funder portal and the details they needed - we're really sorry this was the case. I can also see every attempt was made to help, but can understand why this was frustrating for you and we will look into it further.
