A company I would definitely lease through again
Super efficient service. All queries were responded to quickly, and the price was great. All paperwork was sorted with minimal fuss, as was the delivery of the car.

service good until delivery
Up until delivery all very good. The guy who delivered the car didn’t explain how to use it he car and there was only 17%. Charge.

From my first telephone enquiry right through to delivery the experience has been totally professional, impressive, personal and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone to use Carparison. A seamless experience with attentive help and assistance along the way Just taken delivery of my Tesla, arranged by the team at Carparison. The initial sales rep, Cian was friendly and helpful, giving all the details about the vehicle and the general leasing process. Lauren took over from Cian once the initial quote was agreed, and she was the real star of the show. She led me through the entire process, start to finish, answering the very many questions I had along the way. Competitive prices, helpful service and fast delivery. Another easy experience.
I must say second car now from Carparison and have dealt with Chris twice now great guy made things so much easier nothing is a problem. Don’t know how many times I changed colours and he just laughed each time. Thanks very much Chris for getting my new car to me. Also thank you to Jasmine who also assisted.

Mixed experiences
I have scored Carparison an honest and generous 3 stars. This is because: - The staff are very friendly and attentive when speaking over the phone. - The initial order processing of the vehicle was really quick and efficient - I suppose any sales oriented individual/organisation would be to secure sales. After my credit checks were satisfied, sadly, from this point things started to get shoddy, as it was me who fulfilled all the steps in order to obtain the vehicle. I was as if I was brokering the deal myself. - unnecessary delays were caused in Carparison issuing the release forms to the supplying dealer. - I arranged the collection date for the vehicle myself. - I even contacted the funder myself in order for me to be added on to the Tesla App as a driver. This was after waiting 4 days and making numerous phone calls to the admin team. Overall, promised actions agreed were not completed in a timely manner and admin processes seemed broken. Hope valuable lessons will be learnt.

So to provide you with the same level of detail back, I have looked into your timeline this morning and hope now to confirm where we can make actionable changes as a result. - The delay you mentioned was due to a vehicle transfer in order to faciliate some individual delivery requests made by yourself. In this case, diverging from standard delivery process did mean delivery took longer than anticipated as an alternative site was better equipped to ensure the best service for you. However, we want and feel we should be able to make special arrangements without it causing a wait and we will work to ensure this is improved with our dealers accordingly. We are grateful that you have raised this, thank you. - It is standard process for us that the supplying dealer contacts the customer to arrange delivery. This is the first time this has been queried, but we log any negative sentiment and will review the process again if this feeling is shared proportionately. And are once again sorry you felt this wasn't acceptable. - Finally, we are deeply sorry about the delay in your access to the Tesla app. We are beholden to the manufacturer in this instance through the process they have given us, and I can see contact logs that both requested this and then chased it on your behalf. We are glad that you were successful in dealing with the funder on a resolution, but want to assure you that this wasn't through a lack of trying on our end. Regardless, we recognise this delay is unacceptable and completely understand why this would tarnish your experience. We will use your case as an example for change here. Would definitely recommend.
From start to finish the process was handles superbly. From initial enquiry to documentation and arranging delivery it couldn't have gone smoother. Delivery was a little disappointing as the driver disappeared before we could ask him any questions with regards t o the working of the car, i.e. How to lock it!!
