Friendly, supportive, informative, efficient
I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Carparison. From initial contact, through discussion around factory orders v’s stock vehicles, relative pricing and availability. The contract process is really straightforward, everything is easy to understand and the exchange of online documents and approvals is incredibly efficient. Making all that work is a dedicated, friendly and supportive team that make you feel they are actually trying to make the right arrangement work for you.

Unlike other dealerships I contacted, they honoured the lease price I was quoted on Carlow. Communication was excellent throughout and I would be happy to recommend them.

Love the car but awful delivery and new car experience
Staff at caparison were very polite and car was arranged quickly, however the delivery experience was awful. Requested a trailer delivery service but they said they couldn’t do it. I was worried about the condition the car would arrive in and it turns out I was right to be. Car arrived half cleaned, driver even rang me to ask me if I’d come with him as he didn’t know the local area. Inside the car the drivers area and floor was filthy - door card and floor mat covered in thick mud which was difficult to remove as it was clay like mud, not how I wanted to spend my first experience of a brand new car. The lower door card also has a long scratch across it off the driver getting in and out carelessly (it was covered in mud off his feet). As far as I understand carparision are not going to do anything about this scratch which is not the best and if I’d bought it from a garage this would have 100% been resolved. Considering I paid an additional £300 delivery fee this is extremely poor. Would probably go elsewhere next time.

We are very sorry that your vehicle did not arrive in the condition that we would have wanted and diminished the whole new car experience that you had previously shown concerns over, given it was a driven delivery. The logistics team have also investigated your complaint at their end and as the driver was very conscious that you had concerns about the condition of the vehicle and as he did not know the area, he asked for your assistance to find a suitable establishment to ensure that the vehicle would have been handed over to you at an acceptable standard of cleanliness. As separately advised, the logistics team are extremely apologetic for the condition of the vehicle on arrival and have offered a valet up to the value of £100 as gesture of goodwill. Having conducted my own investigation, I have been able to see that we had advised you that a trailered delivery was available to you, however there would have been a cost associated with it and the decision was made not to proceed with this option.
