Delivered dirty & chipped alloy
Car was dirty and alloy wheel is marked and mud flap missing.

Super quick turnaround from start to finish, communication was great and transparent. Still waiting for my supercharger miles to be added to my account which is a little annoying, timing indication is unclear hence 4 stars.

I some times find it hard to write these reviews, as obviously i feel you cant really Judge a company until there are problems and hoe they handle those problems. Friendly, patient & helpful Customer Loyalty Specialist
Chris was kindness itself and led me gently towards the arranging to lease the car that I wanted. He was clear and patient when sometimes I was slow to understand some of the issues. The only issue I had was when, after being promised the car that I wanted, I was told that it wasn't available after all. This was extremely disappointing, but within 24 hours Chris managed to source an alternative and everything was ok after that. (It still took about 8 months between the lease being agreed and the car being delivered ...)
