I have to say that I wish all business's were as efficient and easy to deal with as Carparison. I dealt with Chris who was just amazing. I changed things constantly and he didnt complain once in fact the exact opposite always making sure I was getting the best deal. Superb service from start to finish. Having lost faith in the car leasing industry after being messed around by numerous other brokers, I spoke to Simon Hendley at Carparison on a saturday morning. He was quick to reply, accurate in any correspondence and we got the deal sorted really quickly, it was totally painless. The car arrived promptly after completing the order paperwork and Jasmine in the customer experience team was also great with her communication and help.
